Payment & Refund Policy

Indigo Perspectives LLC is committed to providing a professional, respectful, and transparent experience for all clients. Please review the following policies before purchasing or participating in our coaching and educational programs.

Payment is required according to the terms of the coaching package or educational program selected.

Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment providers. Clients will receive enrollment, intake, and scheduling information following payment confirmation.

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' advance notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled session.

Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled, subject to availability.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed sessions without prior notice, will ordinarily be considered used sessions and are nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

This appointment cancellation policy does not restrict any legal right to cancel a program agreement.

A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals.

Clients arriving within the grace period may participate in the remaining scheduled session time. Sessions will not be extended to accommodate late arrivals.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will ordinarily be considered a no-show. The session will be counted as used and will not be refunded or replaced, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Clients who choose to discontinue a prepaid coaching or educational program before completion may request a refund for eligible unused sessions.

Completed sessions and sessions validly forfeited under the cancellation, late-arrival, and no-show policies are ordinarily nonrefundable.

Refunds for eligible unused sessions will be calculated as follows:

• Four-Week Private Coaching: $150 per unused session.
• Perspective Rewire — 12-Week Program: $125 per unused session.
• Anger Management Education — 12 Sessions: $850 divided by 12 sessions, with the total refund rounded to the nearest cent.

Requests to discontinue a program or receive a refund must be submitted in writing.

Approved refunds will ordinarily be processed through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider procedures and applicable law.

Any mandatory cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law take precedence over this policy.

A written copy of this policy is available upon request.

If Indigo Perspectives LLC must cancel a scheduled session, the client will be offered an opportunity to reschedule at no additional charge.

If rescheduling is not possible, the client will receive an appropriate refund for the affected session.

Indigo Perspectives LLC provides life coaching, personal-development services, and anger management education.

These services are educational and coaching-based. They are not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or substitutes for professional medical or mental health care.
