Indigo Perspectives LLC was created around a simple belief: real change begins when we become willing to see ourselves, our choices, and our lives differently.
The name Indigo Perspectives LLC reflects the values behind this work—honesty, integrity, reflection, service, and the willingness to look beneath the surface instead of simply reacting to what is happening around us.
My work centers on helping people slow things down, examine what is really happening, communicate more clearly, set healthier boundaries, and make decisions they can stand behind.
I am not here to tell you how to live your life or hand you all the answers. Sometimes what you need is a space where you can say the thing out loud, look at it from another angle, recognize the pattern you could not see while standing inside it, and decide what you want to do next.
Sometimes you know exactly what you want to say, but previous experiences have taught you that speaking up may come with consequences.
Sometimes you keep giving grace until you are frustrated, resentful, or questioning yourself.
Sometimes you are so busy considering everyone else's perspective that you lose track of your own.
And sometimes you do not need someone to give you an answer. You need someone willing to ask the question that helps you find it.
My approach combines honest conversation, self-examination, personal responsibility, reflection, and practical communication tools.
The goal is not perfection.
It is greater clarity, stronger self-trust, healthier communication, more intentional responses, and choices you can stand behind.
My training in anger management supports my work in areas such as communication, conflict, emotional responses, de-escalation, and recognizing patterns that can make difficult situations harder to navigate.
If you are ready to work through a difficult situation, strengthen your communication, establish healthier boundaries, or simply gain clarity about what comes next, 1:1 coaching may be a good place to begin.

a new way of looking at things."
